Together with Brand Manager to manage and drive the whole process from planning to execution of marketing strategies of Brands, in alignment with the product strategies, in order to grow brand equities and achieve the business objectives.
Strategies & Planning:
Comprehensive monthly, quarterly, annual, campaign- based and channel- based reporting with fact- based analysis & recommendations
Market, Trend, Consumer, Competitor Research & Update on frequent basic.
In coordination with principal, business direction, together with Brand Manager to define brand strategic approaches & build annual 360- degree marketing plan including but not limited to digital media, social media & content (FB, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo, Website…), Email Marketing, SMS, PR, Events & Activations, Sponsorships, KOLs & Group seeding, OOH.
Closely coordinate with Merchandize to build one- page promotion & marketing calendar on monthly & quarterly basic.
Lead alignment of MKT strategies and deployment of MKTG activities for products & campaigns to other brand functions such as VMs, Operation, Online, CS.
Thorough budget planning- management on yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis
Execution & Campaigns:
Negotiate with landlord to pursue for the media and activity location to meet marketing objective.
Be guardian of brand guidelines, images & contents in all channels
In charged of the execution of all marketing activities for both online & offline, media performance, the launch deployment of new product, stores..etc
Supervise the implementation of marketing activities at stores and liaise frequently with District Managers and Operations Managers
Provide supports (where needed) to the Digital team and Online team to help achieve the sales target.
Lead the process of launching new communications channels (Tiktok, Zalo, Livestream…) and catch new market trends.
Partnership & Community Engagement:
Work with principals to understand their directions and expectations and fulfil their requests in planning & reporting.
Lead partnership, barter- deal approaches to build relationships with KOLs, Influencers, social groups, press & media partners, landlords (Vincom, Lotte, Aeon Mall, Crescent Mall…), payment gateways (Grab Moca, VnPay, Shopee Pay…), same TA brands to come up with initiatives and joint- marketing activities to help boost brand awareness and sales.
