RESPONSIBILITY
Project Coordination and Management:
Coordinate and manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables for marketing initiatives assigned by the Nordic marketing leader.
Act as the key liaison between the Nordic marketing leader and the Hanoi team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration on projects.
Monitor project progress, address potential bottlenecks, and ensure deadlines are met with high- quality results.
Technical Marketing Support:
Manage and support advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, and other performance marketing tools.
Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline workflows, nurture leads, and optimize marketing efficiency.
Oversee website maintenance, ensuring content updates, functionality, and tracking are optimized.
Implement and maintain tracking systems (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) to monitor campaign performance and website traffic.
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials across digital and offline channels as needed.
Provide updates and reports on project status and performance to the Nordic marketing leader.
Work closely with the Nordic and Hanoi teams to align on marketing strategies, priorities, and deliverables.
Strategic Insights and Optimization:
Stay updated on industry trends and technical advancements to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, tools, and communication between teams.
