Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay up- to- date with the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to keep Saigon Digital ahead of the curve
Campaign Management: Oversee the execution of multi- channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, and email marketing, ensuring that each initiative is delivered on time, within budget, and meets performance targets
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous learning
Strategic Planning: Develop and refine comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Saigon Digital&039;s business objectives, focusing on brand growth, lead generation, and market penetration
Task and Project Management: Oversee the day- to- day operations of the marketing team, ensuring that tasks are assigned appropriately, deadlines are met, and projects are executed efficiently
