Senior Marketing Executive

We are looking for a a passionate and motivated Senior Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.

Key Requirement:
· Ability to adapt quickly to change, proactive, motivated, positive attitude and sense of humor.
· Experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing or event organizing.
· Performs well with competing priorities, multiple projects, and a virtual team. Detail- oriented and strong follow- through with a collaborative working style
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or related field.
· Strong project management skills, results- oriented mindset.
· Proficiency written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
· 02 years+ of experience in creating marketing tactical planning, marketing campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish Marketing Strategy
· Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities
· Assist integration of online and offline campaigns with brand consistency
· Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for brand
Execute and Manage Marketing Strategy
· In charge of Marketing materials’ production
· Work with the shopping malll’s management team to implement on- site events/advertising/CRM
· Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of event/campaign
· Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
· Manage freelance writers, designers, and video editors
· Execute strategies with cross- functional teams
· In charge of stores’ decorations for special events, public Holidays.
Content writing
· In charge of Marketing and Communication plan and execution
· Content writing for social media fanpage
· Supervise brand content
· In charge of social & other brand’s social platforms
Budget Management
· Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity with agreed budge
