TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Plan:
Support the development and preparation of marketing plans that align with Barbaard&039;s brand image and business objectives.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, understand consumer behavior, and benchmark against competitors.
Marketing Activities:
Monitor marketing expenses and budget allocation, ensuring cost- effective execution of promotional activities.
Conduct assessments and post- launch analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and product performance.
Identify and resolve issues proactively, offering solutions to improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers to execute marketing campaigns, including KOL campaigns to amplify brand visibility.
Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including print media, offline marketing, in- venue promotions, and brand events to elevate brand awareness and customer engagement.
Oversee marketing strategies, including pre- event planning, execution, and post- event analysis.
Work closely with the internal team to produce high- quality marketing materials such as menus, flyers, posters, and brochures that reflect Barbaard&039;s brand standards.
Work closely with the event team to promote events, product/service launches, ensuring smooth delivery, clear objectives, and brand alignment.
Plan and manage product development projects, including visual design, new product launches, and market introduction.
Communication & Reporting:
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, PR activities, and brand communication.
Analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies and maintain competitive positioning in the market.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management, summarizing project status, campaign outcomes, and key learnings.
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners to align on project goals and brand messaging.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing. Preferably in F&B (Food & Beverage), hospitality, or luxury brand environments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Strong content creation skills for marketing campaign
Experience with marketing campaigns, and brand campaigns.
Proven experience in storytelling and brand narrative building.
