We are about to unveil a new business unit, distinguished by its product expertise and innovations in eCommerce technology for the EU market. For that, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who will take the helm in shaping and driving the marketing strategy for this unit.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership: Identify and connect with potential partners. Create and manage co- marketing campaigns with partner networks across digital and offline channels to broaden our reach and impact.
Content Strategy: Plan and execute content strategies to engage with potential customers across their journey.
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and refine multi- channel marketing strategies (email, social media, ads, etc.) to drive demand for our products and services. Coordinate with stakeholders, document campaign plans, and monitor execution to ensure alignment with business goals.
Planning & Report: Create and implement quarterly and monthly action plans to meet KPIs and create detailed performance reports.
Project Management: Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adhering to budgets.
Qualifications
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS 7.0 or above.
Skills: Good planning and organizational skills, with a keen ability to develop and execute detailed marketing strategies. Demonstrated expertise in marketing logic and campaign management.
Flexibility: Willingness to work according to the UK time zone.
Attitude: Possess a positive, can- do attitude that motivates others and aligns with FIRE values.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience with proven results in marketing, with a focus on English- speaking markets. Experience in managing partnerships is a plus.
Technologically Savvy: In- depth understanding of digital marketing tools, design tools, and the latest marketing technologies. Experience with eCommerce platforms, particularly Magento, is a plus.
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in managing, collecting, and analyzing data to drive actionable insights and optimize marketing performance.
