We are looking for a Senior Media Executive to take ownership of campaign execution and optimization, ensure performance quality across assigned accounts, and support junior team members while working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver strong media outcomes.

Job Description
Media Execution & Campaign Delivery (25%)
Ensure campaigns are launched on time, tracked correctly, and delivered stably throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Conduct regular quality checks to minimize execution errors and delivery risks.
Execute and oversee paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other approved platforms in line with approved media plans.
Set up campaign structures including objectives, targeting logic, budgets, placements, formats, and tracking.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting (20%)
Consolidate performance data and insights for internal reviews and client- facing reports.
Identify performance risks or anomalies early and propose corrective actions.
Track key KPIs including spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversion metrics.
Monitor daily and weekly performance data across platforms to ensure delivery is on track.
Media Performance Optimization (25%)
Identify underperforming components and implement optimization actions proactively.
Design and execute structured testing for creatives, audiences, formats, and bidding approaches.
Analyze optimization results and translate findings into actionable performance improvements.
Update performance reports, dashboards, and tracking files accurately and within agreed timelines.
Take ownership of ongoing optimization activities related to budget pacing, bidding strategies, targeting logic, and creative rotation.
Review execution and optimization outputs from junior team members and provide guidance where needed.
Media Operations & Internal Coordination (20%)
Coordinate with Creative and Planning teams to improve campaign effectiveness based on media performance insights.
Work closely with Account teams to ensure performance updates, insights, and recommendations are accurate and client- ready.
Support media cost tracking and basic reconciliation tasks in coordination with Account teams.
Follow internal media processes, documentation standards, and reporting requirements.
Media Data & Learning (10%)
Ensure tracking setup and conversion events are properly implemented and monitored.
Document key performance learnings and insights for internal knowledge sharing.
Flag data discrepancies or tracking issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
Review campaign performance against KPIs and ensure optimization actions align with approved strategies.
REQUIREMENT
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Ability to guide and support junior team members.
Strong hands- on experience across major digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok; programmatic is a plus).
Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail.
Good English skills for professional communication, reporting, and presentations.
Solid understanding of media execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
2- 4 years of experience in Media Buying, Digital Media, or Performance Marketing, preferably in agency environments.
