Senior Operation Executive

Job description
Work with Planning and Account team to propose appropriate venues, applied technologies and production solutions.
Maintain and develop good relationships with suppliers, talents and freelancers.
Be in charge of some parts of or the whole project execution and production.
Make pre- cost, post- cost (hardware) of projects to achieve the business target.
Other duties as assigned by Head of Department.
Be in charge of client services for Merchandising & POSM projects
Work with Account team to make quotations for bidding.
Report and align the work flow with Head of Department.
Job requirement
Good knowledge of technologies applied for Events and always updated for new technologies
One- year experience as an Senior Operation Executive/ Senior Event Executive with a strong execution background.
Good interpersonal skills & ownership spirit.
Good problem- solving skills.
Fair presentation and writing skills in Vietnamese and English.
Able to handle pressure, tight deadlines.
Customer Service mindset.
Ability to pay close attention to details.
