Senior PD Manager

Execute overall project management and work deliverable (eg, project planning, milestones execution and monitoring
Organize and arrange each sample progress of shoes, track the design feedback of shoes, communicate with the factory in time and solve problems
Effectively deploy project management toolkit to ensure high quality and consistency of deliverable
To assist PD Sr. Director achieving the team effort, building the team spirit and the effective communication with other teams.
Lead program, project activities and manage effective and timely communication on project progress and results to design and PD team
Responsible for reviewing and confirming the shoe structure, new process and functional points with designers and factory technicians
Responsible for the testing of shoes to ensure the process safety of shoes
Have a certain understanding of the basic production process, process, skills and material of footwear
Put forward modification opinions and suggestions on the rationality of shoe design and confirmation of shoe last specifications, and digitize them
Lead interpretation of project results and translate into insights to drive the project successfully
Initiate and drive discussions with shoe factory to collect and consolidate feedback and gather input on solutions

At least 15 years in the footwear industry, in which 10 years or above in connection with product development and management, preferable in footwear, retail or consumer products industries;
