Senior PPC (Performance Marketing) Specialist

Job Description

This role is a comprehensive position encompassing all areas of PPC marketing (social and search), which requires a robust understanding of the broader digital marketing landscape, a willingness to learn as our clients approach us with different setups and opportunities, as well as an in- depth technical knowledge across all fields of PPC ranging from UTM setup, account setup, conversion tracking, creative development, audience generation, client relationship management and critical thinking.

Responsibilities:

- Analysing trends and making data- driven decisions
- Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels
- Presenting data and reports to a range of audiences.
- Working with clients to understand their target market
- Proofreading
- Producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns
- Relationship building and business development
- Assisting creative team writing engaging copy for adverts
- Working with graphic designers and clients to ensure the creative ads are appropriate and effective
- Setting up conversion tracking across a variety of channels
- Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimise them

Job Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads and other PPC networks.
- Strong analytical skills
- The ability to think creatively
- Creative skills
- Strong relationship- building skills
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Agency Analytics (or alternative) and data analysis and manipulation
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to think strategically and develop innovative marketing strategies
- The ability to present information effectively to a range of audiences
- A good understanding of how PPC fits in to the wider area of digital marketing
- Fluent English
- A good level of mathematical ability
