Senior QA Manager

- Ensure high- quality test documentation: test plans, cases, bug reports
- Plan and execute cross- browser and cross- platform testing strategies
- Mentor and support junior and middle QA team members
- Drive and review REST API testing (Postman, DevTools, Charles Proxy if needed)
- Act as a quality advocate within Agile/Scrum teams
- Introduce and improve QA processes, tools, and practices
- Collaborate closely with developers, PMs, and Product Owners to align on quality standards
- Lead and perform manual testing of mobile apps (Android/iOS) and web applications

- Solid understanding of client- server architecture, HTTP, REST APIs
- Ability to design, execute, and maintain structured test suites and reports
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross- functional teams
- Strong knowledge of software testing theory, test design techniques, and QA methodologies
- Excellent attention to detail, ownership, and accountability
- English level: B2 or higher (for effective communication and documentation)
- 5+ years of experience in manual QA (mobile and web applications)
- Hands- on experience with test management tools (Jira, Xray, or equivalents)
- Experience in mentoring and knowledge sharing within a QA team
Nice to Have
- Experience with BrowserStack or other cross- browser/cloud testing platforms
- Exposure to automation frameworks or desire to collaborate with automation QA
- Familiarity with performance or security testing basics
- Experience shaping QA processes and contributing to overall product quality strategy
