Lead team to solve quality issues.
Maintain the system and continually improve its effectiveness to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
PRODUCT QUAITY CONTROL
Deploy quality management system and quality tools to ensure quality meet customer expectation.
Lead various teams, includes but not limits to: QE, IPQC, Testing/Reliability, Green compliance, FAI.
Ensure quality products and services delivered to customers with the most cost efficiency, fully customer satisfaction, and rule/ regulatory compliance.
Understand sufficiently and correctly products, customer quality requirements.
Respond quickly and accurately to customers.
Coordinate with customers and Coherent oversea colleagues, and Handle customer complaint.
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
Ensure the spirit and intent of all employment laws and regulations and Coherent and local HR policies and procedures are understood and complied with in your area.
Ensure you have the right people in the right jobs, by consistently using proper interview and selection techniques and methodologies throughout your organization.

Ensure a free flow of two- way information for your organization to work effectively and communication channels are active and open.
Ensure an accident- free environment by following all EH&S policies and procedures, maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment and openly endorsing and creating an attitude that all accidents are preventable within your sphere of influence.
