Senior Sales

Other tasks as required.
Stay up- to- date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
Prospect, qualify, and build a pipeline of new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision- makers and stakeholders in prospective customer organizations.
Conduct market research and identify potential new customers, industries, and market segments.
Provide regular sales forecasts, make business plans, business performance reports to the senior management team.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings and convert leads into customers.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Be responsible for managing all sales activities, and delivering sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives.

Have systematic skill and sales management skill.
Experience in Sales to large global organizations.
Experience in leading a team.
Minimum educational requirements: bachelor’s degree in business administration, Printing, Packaging, or other relevant fields
People- oriented, results- driven, bring optimism and positive energy to the team.
Good active listening, negotiation, presentation, communication, and management skills.
Able to manage, motivate, train, and develop self, team, and factories to achieve
Great verbal and written communication skills
At least 1- 2 years’ experience in business- to- business sales, packaging/printing preferred
Good command of English. Chinese is an advance.
