KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner coaching, product advisory, sales motivation, provide know- how to drive up sales
- Professional training delivery to business partners about the product, process, partners&039; inquiries and innovative solutions
Training Content Creation
- Training Video preparation: Independent work, but can ask to collaborate with our graphic Designer
F2F Training to Partners in their offices (4 levels of audience):
+ 1) partner HQ employees
+ 4) RA of partner (front- sales)
+ 3) District Sales Managers
+ 2) Regional Sales Directors
- Online Training / Streaming for partners (differs by partner)
- Conducting Feedback Questionnaires/Research from the audiences for improvement.
- Keeping proactively up- to- date with all Product updates, innovations, pricing, etc.

- Proven track record of Training content creation: written (PPT or similar); graphic (videos)
- From 3- 5 years of experience in sales, business development, partnership, training, coaching
- Structural and confident in communication, presentation skills
- Fluent in English communication
- Familiar with video tools (Wirewax, Verse, Panpto, Camtasia or similar) is a big plus
- Experience in working with senior members & BOD
