Senior Talent Acquisition

Build up an active talent pipeline using a mix of channels including direct sourcing, social media tools, personal connection and third- party vendor.
Focus on hunting B2B Business Development candidates
Others tasks assigned from manager
Be responsible for the start- to- end recruitment process for non- tech positions: job posting, CV shortlisting, interviewing, offering and onboarding.

Have a sense of responsibility; eager to learn; good attention to detail, mature, confident personality.
Have knowledge and proficient use of different recruitment channels
Can approach and process with C- level candidates.
Have recruitment experience in B2B Business Development, Relationship Manager,...and focus on banking industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition (non- Tech prefer)
Specialist Strong and specialized in non- tech recruitment
Have a positive attitude and proactive thinking.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Good English
Agility and quick to adapt to an energetic environment.
