Senior UI/UX Designer

POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for researching and designing User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) for the Company’s App and Web products across all markets.
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
User Behavior Research
Conduct research and apply various data collection methods to verify and analyze data in order to identify user personas and behaviors for App and Web in specific industries. Stay informed of and updated on modern global design trends.
UX & UI Design

Create animations and illustrations for design purposes.
Analyze and design user experience flows (UX design) and user interfaces (UI) for features on Web and App platforms.

Cross- functional Collaboration

Work closely with the BA, Development, and QA teams to ensure that the implemented features align with the original design. Participate in UAT, sprint planning meetings, etc.

Metrics & Evaluation

Propose ideas and implement adjustments to improve user experience on both App and Web platforms.
Conduct periodic Usability Testing reports and provide high- level analytical results to stakeholders.
Measure and evaluate UX/UI performance using tools such as Usability Testing, Design Testing, Feedback Loops, and A/B Testing.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform other tasks as assigned by direct leaders/managers.
Participate in company culture development and maintenance activities.
Provide training and technical guidance to team members.
Research and propose initiatives/solutions for optimization and process improvement.

Education Requirements
Bachelor&039;s degree or higher, preferably in a design- related major from reputable local or international universities.
Relevant Experience

Proficient in applying AI design tools to optimize work efficiency.
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing both App and Web across a wide range of industries and product types.
Strong in UX design with the ability to analyze user flows and user cases (less dependent on Business Analysts).
Preference given to candidates with experience in the automotive industry and a basic understanding of IT.

Fluent in English communication, capable of presenting to stakeholders in global projects.

Skilled in illustration and motion design.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, etc.

Professional Knowledge

Solid knowledge of UX and UI design, or UX writing.
