Senior UI/UX Designer

About You

You enjoy solving ambiguous problems, taking ownership of design outcomes, and embedding deeply into client teams — without pursuing a people- management role.
You are a senior, hands- on UI/UX designer who is comfortable working directly with international clients.
You are confident in your craft, pragmatic in execution, and collaborative in mindset.

Role Overview

You will work directly with clients, PMs, BAs, and developers, and are expected to operate with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
As a Senior UI/UX Designer (IC), you will take ownership of design workstreams across client projects — from understanding business context and user needs to delivering high- quality UX/UI solutions.
This role is hands- on, not a team lead or manager position.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate handoff and implementation quality.
Contribute to or build design systems and ensure consistency across products.
Translate complex problems into clear UX flows, wireframes, and high- fidelity UI designs.
Independently understand and clarify requirements, user flows, and business context with clients.
Participate in client meetings to
Present design solutions
Clarify requirements
Address feedback constructively
Maintain high standards for usability, accessibility, and design quality.
Take ownership of design deliverables and timelines within assigned projects.
Proactively identify UX risks and propose improvements.

Requirements

High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto- layout, design systems).
Strong portfolio demonstrating end- to- end UX/UI thinking, not just visual design.
Comfortable communicating in English in real project environments (meetings, discussions, feedback).
5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in outsourcing, consulting, or product teams.
Proven experience working directly with international clients.

Solid understanding of:

Real- world delivery constraints
UX principles
Developer handoff
User flows
Nice to Have:
Experience working as an embedded designer within client teams.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience designing SaaS, enterprise systems, or admin dashboards.
Basic understanding of front- end constraints (HTML/CSS, React- based systems).
