Other Duties as Assigned by Management: Perform other related tasks and special projects as assigned by line management and/ or Board of directors.
Execute and Manage Advertising Campaigns: execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta and Google to meet KPIs related to lead generation and revenue from hotel rooms and banquet services.
Budget Management: Create marketing plans for social media channels, manage and control the advertising budget to ensure efficient spending and achievement of KPIs.
Market Trend Updates: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and adjust strategies accordingly for the restaurant and hotel industry.
Social Media Management: Manage the company&039;s social media accounts, ensuring that Facebook, Instagram, website and other platforms are regularly updated with fresh and engaging content.
Content Optimization: Create and optimize content for social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Website to ensure engaging and relevant posts.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor website traffic for the Banquet and provide regular internal reports. Analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve results.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Has experience in the Hospitality or F&B industry or related is a plus advantage.
Strong analytical skills and in- depth knowledge of Meta and Google advertising, including ad optimization and performance tracking. Experience with SEO is a plus.
At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, specifically running, managing & analyzing Meta ads.
Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
