[SILVERLAND GROUP] Marketing Executive – Nightlife

Manage all Rooty’s Online Accounts (Meta, TikTok, Google, Trip Advisor) with detailed scope of works as below:
Google Business Profile & TripAdvisor:

Consolidate all guest review weekly to send to Bar GM & CMO
Reply to guest’s review daily

Meta/ TikTok:

Develop a content calendar including Content outline + Posting time + Target Audience + Ad budget allocation. Get approval from the Entertainment Director.
Upload the approved post (content, graphic design/video reels) on Meta & TikTok on time.
Closely follow up the ad performance (if has) & report weekly to GM & Entertainment Director.
Collaborate closely with the Entertainment Director to receive monthly/weekly activity calendar and any special event requirements to develop Monthly content calendar for Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok.
Receive & respond to guest’s messages. If there is a compliant or partnership request, forward to Bar GM, Bar OM & Entertainment Director. If there is table booking, forward to Bar OM & Hostess.

Graphic design:

Save Graphic Assets on Rooty Google Drive
Follow the Entertainment Director’s graphic design direction to design and execute all 2D graphics.

Deep understanding of marketing strategies in the F&B industry or nightlife entertainment
Proficiency in English (all 4 skills)
Comfortable working in a healthy nightlife environment
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
Strong ability to work independently and self- motivated
Content writing and 2D design skills

Salary negotiable based on ability and experience, up to 20M
