- As a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media and digital strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience (followers), and drive traffic and conversions. This role requires expertise in social media platforms (FB, Insta, Tiktok, Youtube), content plan, website, and analytics.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with the Brand team to plan and execute digital marketing projects, including SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
+ Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content that align with the Group’s vision and values
+ Cordinate with freelancer for shooting, filming, editing compelling and original content for social media platforms
+ Develop a social media content strategy aligned with the brand objectives and messaging to target audience.
+ Actively explore and identify latest trends and technologies to propose new initiatives.
+ Responsible for brand own channel (Website, Facebook, Tiktok, Zalo, Youtube ...)
+ Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.
+ Plan, execute and analyze paid ads (Facebook, Tiktok, Google...)
+ Analyze the performance and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Education Level:
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position. (has experience in F&B industry is a plus)
Skills:
- Passion for social media and digital communications
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes, high productivity, motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to develop engaging marketing
- Ability to multi- task and work independently under deadline
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Exellence in Social Media management- Facebook, Facebook ads, Instagam, Tiktok, Youtube (main 80%)
