Solution Architect (NodeJS)

Role Purpose

Stay up- to- date on the practices, patterns, and trending technologies for creating best- performance scalable services.
Manage and monitor changes related to the solution architecture to ensure the integrity, standardization and consistency of the technology system
Designing, modifying and testing technical architecture and services
Collaborate with team members to improve our product, architecture and engineering practices.
Consulting and proposing solutions based on technology principles and standards
Hands- on coding and development by leading by example in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Key Relationships

Reports to Senior Technology Director
External stakeholders include partners providing professional services
Internal stakeholders include teams within the relevant departments in the company

Strong understanding of NodeJS, TypeScript or other programming languages and microservice development practices (design , development and deployment)
Understand and value the benefits of testing and code quality and the ability to write high- performance, reusable code, including appropriate testing.

Qualifications and Experience:

Ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to work in a cross- culture environment
7 years+ of relevant experience working in software development projects with experience in back- end development
Understanding of digital assets industry, cryptocurrencies and web3 are a plus
Self- motivation and positive attitude
Solid understanding of NodeJS, TypeScript or other programming languages and microservice development practices (design , development and deployment)
Understanding and having a good knowledge about applying and selecting technologies in this industry
Understand and value the benefits of testing and code quality and the ability to write high- performance, reusable code, including appropriate testing.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Comfortable in a fast- moving, high- energy, remote- first environment
Believes in the non- hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and trust across the team
Strong collaboration and good communication skills and work well with squad members
Fluency in English is a Must
Eager to learn new things and attention to details
Courageous and willing to challenge status quo to implement new solutions for improvement
Passionate in product development and deliver quality product.
Excited about trying new approaches to set new and higher standards
Passionate about technology and excited about the impact of emerging / disruptive technologies
Bachelor&039;s or Master’s degree in computer science, software engineering or information technology
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences and understand requirements, constraints and objectives.
Experience working in Agile teams to support successful digital transformation projects, involved in the end to end planning to implementation
