JOB DESCRIPTION
Solution Design & Architecture
We are seeking a Solution Architect (SA) with strong systems thinking, cross- domain understanding, and the ability to proactively lead technology solutions aligned with modern trends. This role will collaborate closely with business teams, technical teams, and clients to build comprehensive solutions that ensure both technical feasibility and commercial effectiveness.
Analyze business requirements across various domains to propose holistic, optimized, and scalable solutions.
Design application, integration, and data architectures aligned with the company’s technology direction.
Ensure solutions follow current technology trends and have high practical applicability.
Technology Leadership
Continuously update and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Low- code, Microservices, etc.) for potential project adoption.
Provide technical direction to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Estimation & Planning
Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop implementation plans that align with budget and team capability.
Build effort estimations, timelines, and resource plans for presales and project initiation phases.
Presales & Bidding Support
Support the sales team during bidding processes by explaining solutions, addressing technical inquiries, and defending proposals.
Participate in discussions, workshops, and solution demos with clients.
Consulting & Advisory
Communicate solutions clearly and persuasively, guiding clients in the right direction.
Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on process optimization, technology selection, and product roadmap development.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical
3–7 years of experience as a Solution Architect or as a BA/Technical Lead with a strong SA orientation.
Broad domain knowledge: e- commerce, education, healthcare, finance, enterprise operations, etc.
Solid technical impact analysis and effort estimation skills.
Strong understanding of Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), system integration, APIs, and distributed architecture.
Familiarity with emerging tech trends: applied AI, automation, big data, low- code/no- code platforms.
Business & Communication
Confident in presales and bidding environments; capable of defending proposed solutions.
Strong consulting mindset with clear communication; able to lead meetings with client management levels.
Strong presentation skills and solution documentation abilities.
Personality / Soft Skills
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Open- minded, receptive to feedback, and committed to delivering high- quality solutions for clients.
Logical thinking with strong analytical capability.
Proactive in learning new trends.
