Main Responsibilities
Alert Supply Chain Specialists regarding necessary actions based on data analysis.
Provide support to suppliers concerning component order guidelines and logistics processing.
Collect and verify order data for Our client&039;s US operations and International Business Units via weekly Open Order reporting, ensuring accuracy in inventory, capacity, container forecast, and buyout reports.
Handle additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
Assist in travel arrangements for Our client&039;s team visits to Vietnam.
Specific Duties Include:
Extract and distribute weekly INTL Open Order reports to planners.
Gather monthly Capacity reports from key suppliers and upload them to a Shared Folder, notifying Supply Chain Specialist of full capacity status.
Coordinate sample sending or receiving as needed.
Provide support for supplier inquiries regarding component order guidelines and logistics processing.
Collect purchase orders (POs) from INTL business units and update the INTL Open Order Report master file.
Assist the Manager in retrieving necessary reports, including DI reports, Vessel booking status, Container forecast, Buyout, and project timelines.
Manage the processing and reporting of weekly Open Order reports.
Ensure suppliers send component/ink forecasts after receiving FG forecasts from Easton planners.
Assist in arranging flights, hotels, visas, and agendas for company visits.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure accuracy and completeness of weekly Open Order reports.
Cross- check suppliers&039; feedback and update the master file accordingly.
Collect and cross- check US Open Order reports, notifying Supply Chain Specialists of any required actions.
Requirements
Experience in Supply Chain planning, particularly in an International Consumer Products company.
Proficiency in leading efforts and troubleshooting Supply Chain and order management issues.
Independent with high self- management abilities.
Knowledge or certification in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Ability to influence supplier actions and cross- functional team collaboration effectively.
Familiarity with various product types such as Writing Instruments, Paint/Ink production, Compounds, Printed/Bound items, Activity sets, and Toy items.
Knowledge of Supply Chain functions related to Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies, including data analysis, capacity planning, constraint management, warehouse operations, inventory management, and forecasting.
Attention to detail is essential.
Proficient in communication and driving actions on a wide range of Supply Chain issues.
Excellent time management and quick response capabilities.
Strong English skills in writing, reading, speaking, and listening.
Experience working with CPG manufacturers/suppliers, with strong negotiation and issue resolution skills.
Familiarity with A3/structured problem- solving and root cause analysis.
Preferably, at least 1 year of Supply Chain or related experience.
