Mô tả công việc

Monitor and adjust pricing strategies to respond to market changes and business performance.
Recruit, train, and supervise personnel involved in negotiations and collaborations with key partners, serving tens of thousands of customers each month.
Create monitoring and productivity reports for the department.
Foster and address issues in partnerships, especially by cultivating strong relationships with strategic partners.
Play a management role in leading the team to build relationships with partners and expand the partner network in Vietnam and multiple countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Russia, Brazil, etc.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on criteria such as efficiency, quality, cost, and timeliness to effectively meet the company’s needs.
Maximize cost of goods sold, ensuring competitive service costs and speed aligned with the market.
Thoroughly understand each supplier&039;s strengths to apply suitable actions aligned with evolving business strategies.

Job requirements:

English Proficiency: Strong English skills, able to comprehend documents and communicate effectively with international colleagues.
Experience: Over 2 years in team management, overseeing and developing teams of 5 or more members.
Data Analysis Abilities: Capable of gathering, processing, and analyzing data to extract meaningful insights and aid decision- making.
Skills: Proficient in managing operations, planning, and overseeing tasks; strong analytical and problem- solving abilities. Skilled in conducting research and analyzing data, with a talent for effectively structuring information. Quick to adapt and responsive.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in fields like Economics or Business Administration.
Strategic Thinking: Skilled in crafting effective solutions and handling risk management.
