Supply Chain Management:
Oversight inbound and outbound warehouse operations/order fulfilment & inventory management
Consensus forecast supply and demand of products with commercial/Hub/Distributor
Measure and monitor the level of internal and external supply chain service performance and continuously drive improvement.
In charge of shipment management to optimise the inbound freight processes and liaison with Customs Agents and Logistics Service Providers (LSP) to ensure timely receipt of Inventory into the finished goods warehouse.
Coordinate with commercial team on weekly demand to prepare proper allocation for customers.
Pro- actively work with all business teams to resolve issues and minimize impact to business
Ensure timely communication to all stakeholders on supply chain related matters.
Inbound process management
Coordinate with 4PL warehouse to ensure receiving process is completed on time.
Tracking and record all relevant information relating to inbound shipment.
Follow up and resolve any import- related issues eg duty rate,...
Ensure accurate and complete shipping documents are provided to custom broker to clear customs on a timely manner and minimize lead time in clearing process.
Follow up and resolve the issue until the shipment be released to next step.
Redressing process
Plan and prioritize redressing plan with warehouse service provider.
Ensure timely completion of redressing plan and follow up to resolve issues.
Follow up until material is available at warehouse.
Plan the replenishment of stickers and material for redress, together with LSP. All materials are procured according to the regulation and redressing specification.
Outbound process Management
Coordinate with 4PL for PO and transfer stock.
Prepare stock to meet monthly committed sell in qty to 4PL.
Issue sales order & invoice in ERP system.
Bad goods /Return process
Issue credit note in ERP system.
Follow up with LSP to move stock to the respective location.
Tracking and record of return goods, damage goods and expired stock
Other Duties:
Monitor and ensure inventory is accurately record in system by monitoring interface data from LSP system to ERP system
Weekly and monthly report preparation as required by Management.
Manage sample withdrawing requested by Commercial.
Other tasked assigned by management.
Support making reports and monitoring the KPIs of Supply Chain on the end customer service level performance (COF) and cost effectiveness, as well as prepare expiry report.
Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics, or Business Administration is preferable.
Work Experience:
Good, positive, and proactive communication

Good understanding of the Transportation, Distribution and Logistics operations.
Skills such as problem solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong team player, assisting others with workload peaks and the management of challenging situations.
More than 4 years of Supply, Demand, Logistics operations, preferably from distributor environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team as required
