Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages:

Maintain a deep knowledge of various spirits, liqueurs, mixers, and garnishes
Masterfully mix cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences
Follow proper procedures for pouring, garnishing, and presenting drinks

Maintain a well- stocked and organized bar:

Order new supplies and maintain a clean and organized bar area
Keep an accurate inventory of all bar supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, and non- alcoholic beverages
Replenish stock as needed and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients

Provide exceptional customer service:

Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
Handle customer interactions with a positive and professional demeanor
Actively listen to customer requests and preferences to create personalized drink recommendations
Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversations

Adhere to alcohol service regulations:

Practice responsible alcohol service to prevent intoxication and maintain a safe environment
Verify the age of customers and refuse service to minors
Be familiar with local alcohol laws and regulations

Contribute to a positive and efficient work environment:

Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional work environment
Collaborate effectively with other bartenders and staff members to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, including bar counters, equipment, and glassware

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
Bartending certification or training is preferred

Experience:

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
1+ years of experience working as a bartender in a restaurant, bar, or nightclub setting
Proven ability to prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages

Skills:

Strong understanding of alcohol service regulations and responsible beverage service practices
Proficient in basic math and cash handling skills
Physical stamina to work long hours and stand for extended periods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
In- depth knowledge of mixology, including techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
