Key Responsibilities:
IT Helpdesk & End- User Support:
- Respond to and resolve user- reported technical issues related to computers, software, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software for employees.
- Use remote tools to diagnose and resolve user problems in a timely manner.
- Perform repair and preventive maintenance on IT equipment.
System and Network Administration:
- Administer and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi- Fi networks, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Maintain security infrastructure and ensure IT compliance standards are met.
- Manage systems such as Domain Controller, Email, Website, Portal, and File Servers.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security.
ERP System Support:
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless ERP performance and successful project delivery.
- Support the operation and administration of the company’s ERP system.
Infrastructure Monitoring & Incident Response:
- Continuously monitor server and network infrastructure for performance, failures, and vulnerabilities.
- Replace or upgrade hardware components when repair is not possible.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize system downtime.
Network & Internet Security:
- Proactively prevent threats such as data leakage, malware, and system vulnerabilities.
- Implement security measures to safeguard data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Maintain and update firewalls, antivirus, and endpoint protection systems.
- Respond to and resolve network- related security incidents.
User Training & Documentation:
- Provide user training and documentation for common IT systems and applications.
- Support employees in using internal tools and technologies efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem- solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast- paced environment.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (implementation or administration) is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking principles, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- 2–3 years of experience in system/network administration or IT support roles.
