System Administrator (2nd, 3rd support)

What you&039;re going to do
As a System Administrator, you will provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter. You will install, configure and administer physical and virtual infrastructure devices and infrastructure services (Windows and macOS). You will get the chance to further nurture your technical interest in your chosen field of expertise. You will be given the opportunity to work independently and learn the skillset of an engineer as well.
Our IT infrastructure is critical for the work of our software engineers, testers, business analysts and other employees. Therefore, having an advanced and stable IT environment which people can rely on is essential to us. You will play an important role in the day- to- day IT operations by maintaining, upgrading and managing our software and hardware. You will be a member of an international team and will be responsible for local and global tasks and user support.

In your daily work, you will:

Build an internal wiki with technical documentation manuals and IT policies
Support new colleagues regarding IT cases (PC, hardware, software)
Perform scheduled maintenance and changes on the regional/local IT infrastructure, systems and services
Communicate with third party providers
Provide technical assistance for company events and presentations
Have daily contact with the Senior System Engineering team members located in Vietnam, Budapest, and Zrich
Troubleshoot and resolve system and end- user problems using ticketing system
Install, configure and administer physical and virtual infrastructure devices and infrastructure services (Windows and macOS)
Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
Participate in regional level server and network administration

What we&039;re looking for

Good knowledge of M365 technologies
Advanced knowledge level of administering Microsoft Windows based desktops (Windows 10, Windows 11) and macOS
Sufficient English language knowledge
Basic knowledge of networking.(TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, server configuration)
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in 2nd and 3rd level IT support
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management (Active Directory, SCCM, 3rd party antivirus service)
User- friendly attitude, willing to help employees solving their daily issues with the IT infrastructure
