Sourcing:
Manage all sourcing activities for the company:
Research and develop sourcing channels and methods that increase the candidate pools and specific segments.
Ensure that the number of candidate mass apply aligns with the company&039;s budget, targeting 100% of the proposed goal.
Build the Recruitment Brand (Employee Value Proposition- EVP) to attract talent via chanels like Tiktok, Facebook, Zalo, Youtube …
Report: Conduct weekly and monthly reports with the team, and propose solutions as needed.
Training: Provide guidance and training to enhance professional sourcing skills and recruitment skills across departments.
On boaring: Create a plan to manage employee resignations by monitoring, encouraging, and evaluating the resignation situation of employees during their first three months of employment
Hiring: Proactively sourcing candidate pools and hiring adhoc position for company growth.
Other tasks assigned by the Department or Line manager
Yêu cầu công việc
- Professional knowledge: Expertise in sourcing/ employer branding/ recruitment or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in mass recruitment and 3 years in supervisor level (Prefer: experience in managing large teams).
- Qualifications Degree: College/ University
- Professional skills: Interviewing, Evaluating, Sourcing, Team management
- Other: Integrity, responsibility, data driven
