JOB DESCRIPTION:
Researching and regularly keeping up with market rates by role and region.
Updating and communicating with the team, testing and monitoring recruitment campaigns and strategies.
Working with a hiring manager to clarify requirements, manage jobs, and submit candidates.
During the process of working with HM, learning recruitment techniques and building a candidate network.
Directly recruiting and sourcing suitable candidates.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
Experience in headhunting, especially for mid- level and above positions.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Have a lot of experience recruiting non- tech positions (Sales, Marketing,BO,...)
Proficient in English/ Chinese or Japanese (language proficiency is a plus).
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
