JOB DESCRIPTION
• Mentor, coach Team&039;s members. Set and evaluate subordinate’s OKRs. Make TA weekly report.
• Regular updates about labor market and having good social connections with C- level, Industrial, Technical and Professional candidates in Sales, Marketing and Service, Supply Chain, Accounting and Finance, as well as specialists in Digital transformation projects.
• Senior Supervisor with L&D skills and experience will have chance to take part of L&D OKRs
• Actively involved in Digital Employer Branding: Make a monthly communication plan on EB and control, edit weekly postings, participate together with Marketing team to build Company image and company leader brandings
• Being in charge of Recruitment OKRs of company and manage a team of approximately 3 to 5 subordinates with a recruitment plan of approximately 20 positions/month, including C- level positions and some specialists in a niche market.
• Implement HR and Recruitment strategy through a good understanding and capabilities to handle complex recruitment requirements of 4.0 Industry and VUCA timing, agile organization charts. Being able to acknowledge trends, challenges and propose to HRM & CEO changes which attract qualified candidates and contributes to the company’s development.
• Analyse and propose to HRM about TA budget and tools, plan effective job postings and TA resources.
• Generate leads, build candidates pools for company through different channels, including social media and various HR platforms, activities in associations, clubs, fairs...
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• College degree or higher, English preferably at high level
• At least 3 years experience of full recruitment process: from JD drafting to posting and to conducting interview high quality candidates. Headhunting experience and high speed recruitment is a plus. Preferably with diverse candidates pool and experience in recruiting middle managers and C- level, Tech recruitment, preferably FDI, Industrial Sales, Engineers, Candidates from professional distribution and manufacturing companies.
• Hard- working and creative, “Can Do” attitude and result oriented
• Master well modern office tools and applications; multimedia tools is a plus
• Actively involved in online and offline activities, available to connect a large number of candidates to relevant sources: middle and senior management, technical personnel, marketing business, supply chain, accounting, informatics. Good communication, writing and listening ability.
• Knowledge and Capability to interview, evaluate professional candidates of Industry 4.0’s requirement. Experience in writing job description and org chart, OD is a plus.
