Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist

- Advise applicants with general information about job opportunities.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital platforms.
- Develop and implement content plans to align with marketing objectives and target audience preferences.
- Create compelling content for social media posts to attract applicants for open job opportunities.
- Transfer qualified applicants to the Talent Acquisition team for further evaluation and processing.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and opportunities to engage with the audience.
- Stay up- to- date with digital marketing trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of content strategies.

- Detail- oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in content planning and strategy development.
- Proficiency in content writing, graphic design, and video editing tools.
- Portfolio showcasing content creation skills (e.g., writing samples, design projects, video edits) is a plus.
- Intermediate English- B2 level.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices.
- At least 1 year experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, Employer Branding or other related positions.
