Talent Acquisition Partner

You will…
Your primary responsibilities include:
Talent Acquisition (70%)
● Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
● Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, including sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, etc.)
● Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement
● Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, job descriptions, performance tasks, and ideal candidate profiles
● Manage the interview process, scheduling interviews, offer, and the onboarding process
● Screen application forms and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Employer Branding (20%)
● Stay current on employer branding trends and best practices
● Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent
● Analyze the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and recommend improvements
Other duties (10%)
● Up to 10% of duties may fall outside of the JD to support ad hoc projects, cross department activities, and growth initiatives.

● Strong belief and passion in good candidate experience
● Good interpersonal & organization skill; strong teamwork ethics
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
● Competence at Microsoft office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint)
● 01 year experience of Human Resources with a focus on talent acquisition/recruitment
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
