Talent Acquisition Supervisor (Sales)

Responsible for full cycle of recruitment process, expanding talent pools and delivering a high standard service that exceeds business needs for Sales Department:

Perform other related duties as required.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for Sales Department.
Make a long- term strategy and annual plan for Sales recruitment (mass & non- mass).
Carry out employer branding activities in order to build up employer brand and varied candidate pool.
Proactively manage the full cycle of mass recruitment process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro- active market research and on- going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates.
Be responsible for recruit and manage Talent Acquisition team for Sales department.

Strong at database management and record- keeping
Strong at candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
At least 5 years of experience in recruiting Sales all levels for finance/banking industry is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
Ability to work independently and with a team
Excellent in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Open- minded and willing to learn
