Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
· Spearhead end- to- end recruitment processes for mid- to- C- level roles in e- commerce and retail industries, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
· Recruit across international markets, with a strong focus on neighboring countries and expatriate talent pools.
· Apply advanced headhunting techniques, leverage industry networks, and analyze market insights to attract top- tier passive candidates.
· Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a diverse and robust talent pipeline.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
· Oversee team workload and prioritize recruitment efforts to meet organizational deadlines and expectations.
· Champion a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication and streamlined processes.
· Serve as a trusted advisor by providing actionable insights on talent trends, market dynamics, and strategic hiring approaches.
· Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define key role requirements and hiring priorities.
· Facilitate smooth alignment between cross- functional teams to ensure recruitment goals are met effectively.
Employer Branding & Project Management
· Elevate OnPoint’s employer branding through targeted campaigns, participation in industry events, and strategic university partnerships.
· Leverage analytics and data- driven insights to continuously refine recruitment strategies and outcomes.
· Implement projects to enhance candidate experience, ensure diversity, and improve time- to- fill metrics.
· Lead cross- departmental initiatives aimed at promoting the company as an employer of choice in the competitive e- commerce landscape.
· Drive the adoption of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other digital tools to optimize recruitment processes.
Improving Recruiting Process:
· Work with hiring managers to ensure that job descriptions are accurate and reflect organizational needs.
· Continuously evaluate and enhance the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a streamlined and consistent approach.
· Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate assessment, and selection.
· Drive process improvements, such as optimizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and enhancing communication with candidates and hiring managers.
· Implement best practices for candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
· Use data and analytics to track and report on recruiting metrics (e.g., time- to- hire, cost- per- hire, candidate quality).
