Job Objectives
• Be responsible for developing, updating and implementing Country HR Talent Acquisition policies and processes/procedures, database and reporting to ensure the alignment with Group Talent Acquisition and compliance with the local statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Be responsible for enveloping and executing a targeted employer branding plan to diverse sets of talent pools, to support for qualified sourcing and attractive channels to meet manpower demands, to optimise the employer branding presence across to promote UOB as our UOB employees’ pride and the Best place to work.
• Be responsible for country recruitment & selection oversight, sourcing and developing a qualified and available candidate pool to meet manpower demands.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
• Manage, coach and mentor the talent acquisition team for recruitment, selection and on- boarding to deliver end- to- end Talent Acquisition in line with plan to enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.
• Implement the Talent Acquisition plan aligned with Country and Group TA priorities;
• Develop candidate talent pipelines via leveraging or developing all recruitment channels to attract and connect with potential talents;
• Effectively utilize sourcing tools and evaluate the effectiveness of them and identify new tools to optimize the productivity; develop and manage candidate database;
• Ensure regular and predictable pipeline reporting for recruiting partners, HRBP and the business; including pipeline status with talent and market insights, calling out trends and appropriate hiring strategies in response;
• Oversee end- to- end Talent Acquisition processes, ensuring efficiency, transparency and a positive candidate experience.
• Manage the full lifecycle end- to- end recruitment process from sourcing through the offer, on- boarding, and employee onboarding experience journey;
• Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders (HRBPs & Hiring Managers) to understand talent needs and build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a deep understanding of their requirements.
• Enhance awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the business units under the HR perspectives.
Employer Branding
• Optimise the employer branding presence across to promote UOB as our UOB employees’ pride and the Best place to work through various employer branding initiatives and campaigns;
• Promote the corporate culture/ values both internally and externally to strengthen the employer branding initiatives and campaigns;
• Envelop and execute a targeted employer branding plan to diverse sets of talent pools, to support for qualified sourcing and attractive channels to meet manpower demands;
Recruitment Governance & Policy
• Improve process & procedures, making recommendation to enhance productivity and simplification;
• Manage projects related to Country HR & Group TA initiatives.
• Develop, update and implement Country HR Talent Acquisition policies and processes/procedures to ensure the alignment with Group Talent Acquisition and compliance with the local statutory and regulatory requirements;
• Collaborate with colleagues across human resources function to develop HR policies, programs, and solutions;
