ABOUT THE ROLE
To be a successful Talent Acquisition Team Lead at Telio, apart from the recruitment skills set, being hands- on with the team and good business acumen are essential qualifications.
Crossian is a high- growth technology- driven e- commerce business. Behind our success is our people. As a start- up formed in 2020, we have created a fast- paced and dynamic environment, enabling our people to reach a cumulative average growth rate of over 700% in just under 4 years. Our mission now is to build direct- to- consumer brands and increase customer LTV.
As a Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the TA team to timely fulfill vacancies in the company, by using internal resources and other recruitment solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Be hands- on with the team to resolve any rising problems timely
Collaborate with other HR functions and Business units to enhance employee experience via engagement activities, welcome sessions, etc.
Come up with hiring solutions or better recruitment approaches.
Determine staffing needs and produce forecasts to create talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans accordingly.
Control recruitment budget and recruitment sources effectiveness
Manage hiring reports, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and identify areas of improvement
Manage the TA team to promptly fill vacancies for across functional teams.

Yêu cầu công việc

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Technology recruitment background, start- up experience is a plus
Good command in English
Ability to manage data and make data- driven decisions
Be proactive, possess "can do" attitude plus good analytical skills, and able to work under pressure in dealing with demands and priorities with positive
At least 8- year experience in recruiting function, with at least 2 years of experience in team lead level.
Possess good human relations, good planning, leadership, decision- making, and communication skills
