Tax And General Accountant

General Accounting:
Maintain accurate and up- to- date financial records using accounting software.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Check financial transactions performed by accountants and provide the correction.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
Tax Compliance:
Lead tax finalization by working with tax officers and the internal team to plan and prepare required documents
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including income and sales taxes.
Generate financial reports for management review and decision- making.
Provide guidance on tax compliance on promotion expenditures
Tax Planning and Optimization:
Identify opportunities for tax credits, deductions, and incentives
Provide expertise in tax planning to optimize the organization&039;s tax position.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
Process Improvement:
Stay updated on accounting and tax regulations applicable to the company.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
Bachelor&039;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as a General Accountant or Tax Accountant.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Additional Requirements:
Familiarity with tax software and financial planning tools.
