The Organizational Culture Team Lead is responsible for enhancing and maintaining a positive organizational culture through a variety of initiatives and events. This role involves planning and executing concept events, supporting culture project initiatives, managing social media pages, and deploying culture- related projects. The ideal candidate will be creative, detail- oriented, and have a passion for fostering a cohesive and engaging workplace environment.
What you will do
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Culture (70%)
Join planning and execute concept events aimed at promoting team cohesion and a positive work environment.
Assist in the development and execution of culture project initiatives such as recognition program, activation campaigns to live MoMo culture and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Support/lead the deployment of culture- related projects, which includes but is not limited to: developing and maintaining a culture handbook, creating and managing Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and other projects to maintain culture working environment
Employer Branding (30%)
Maintain and manage the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn
Improve other EB touchpoints such as company website, youtube to enhance user experience and reflect company culture.
Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to social media pages and the company website, including regular traffic reporting and analysis.
Plan and execute Employer Branding events such as job fairs and office tours, ensuring a positive and professional
What you will need
Qualifications & Experience:
Approx. 3 years of experience in driving organizational culture and executing culture- related initiatives
Sharp experience in leading multi- scaled internal/ external events, corporate communications or a related field.
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Experience in end- to- end project management and executing is highly desirable.
