Research Strategy & Methodology: Develop and lead research projects for MoMo product development & strategy applying varied methods (e.g., Usability Testing, User Interviews, User Surveys) to recommend actionable insights;
Visibility & Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication on research insights, product updates, and roadmap visibility to support informed decision- making across teams;
Feedback Analysis & Reporting: Build and manage systems for collecting and analyzing user feedback, delivering reports to guide product development and inform strategic decisions;
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, data, and engineering teams to ensure research findings drive meaningful product improvements, facilitating regular updates and feedback sessions with stakeholders;

Experience working with Design and Product teams is an advantage;
Language: proficient in English. Chinese is a plus.
Good product sense; an understanding of product development, design thinking while being aware of industry trends and competitive actions as a context for making analysis;
Strong project management skills and experience guiding multiple internal and/or outsourced projects simultaneously;
Strong interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitudes when necessary;
5+ years conducting user research and/or market research, with an excellent command of either Qualitative or UX research and business consulting capabilities;
