What you will do
Design growth campaigns that will drive both acquisition and retention for the growth of business.
Own the relationship with Operations and other internal functions to ensure alignment and secure the support needed to execute the growth plan.
Define key metrics and their relationship to measure business success.
Lead the execution of major projects and overall activities, including media campaigns, promotion programs, product feedback & optimization.
Evaluate emerging UI/UX best practices and strategies, and drive thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Work closely with the product team to provide additional user insights for product development as the essential way for growth.
Manage budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives, across both in- app and external channels.
Owning creative testing and iteration, including managing briefing, ideation, production and implementation of creative for your channels.
Able to use effectively data analytics to optimize promotional programs based on customers behaviors, significantly reducing cost while growing and retaining users.
Define and propose the user growth strategy for securities products.
What you will need
Excellent communication and ability to clearly articulate vision;
Understanding of product development and knowledge of investment;
Experience in Finance – Securities or fintech is a plus;
Strong interpersonal skill; able to manage senior stakeholders.
At least 3 years working in relevant fields such as Growth, Digital Marketing, Analytics or User insights;
A data- driven approach to problem solving;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business or Finance;
Excellent projects and tasks management, excellent organizational skills;
Are passionate about digital marketing, and are as happy dissecting how something performed as setting up a creative testing plan in representing the product organization internally and externally;
Familiar with the E- commerce/Fintech market and able to draw on local nuances to design growth activities that are highly relevant to our users;
