Team Leader (Rental)

Visiting real estate projects and getting property owners’ data from reception or management office and sharing with admin team to create a strong data base.
Coordinating with admin team to arrange visit to the properties and getting all property/project details, furniture list, project amenities, etc and sharing with admin team.
Handling of property handover between owner and customers.
Coordinating with admin team to handle customer’s visit to the properties and negotiating the deal between owner and customer.
Handling signing of deposit and rental contracts between owners and customers.
Sharing details of owner and customer with admin team for making of deposit and rental contracts.
Following up with owners and customers to finalize the deal between them.
Helping admin team in making drafts of properties for posting on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Zalo, etc).

Job Requirements:Minimum 3 years of work experience, in business management, sales & marketing, hospitality management, hotel management, finance & accounting, real estate or similar customer focused field.Experience in real estate field is not mandatory.Good Computer, Tablet and Smartphone Skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoints) is mandatory.Good skill in taking/editing pictures, making/editing short videos, posting pictures/videos on company’s social media apps.Good English skills (listening, writing and reading) is mandatory.Personal Skills: Ability to lead and guide a team to achieve the result for the team.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle both foreigner and local customers with ease.Ability to accept new challenges, open and flexible to new learnings, open to adopt to new work environment.Totally customer focused, putting customer’s interest first in any situation, understanding customer needs and trying best to achieve customer’s expectations.Cool temperament, remaining calm and handling things calmly even under stress situation.

Salary 12- 15 million VND + Attractive commission for every rental deal.

Attractive % Commission for everyrental transaction done (as per company’s policy).
Annual health check up
13’th month bonus (eligible after completing minimum 1 year in the company).
Fixed salary per month (10- 15 million VND).
Yearly performance review and increments (eligible after completing minimum 1 year in the company and depending on candidate’s & company’s performance).
