Teamlead Customer Support Night Shift

Job Description

Keeping up to date with business development and new product lines
Manage day- to- day line activities, priorities and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures toward achieving SLAs
Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies
Hosting 1- 2- 1’s to drive team members&039; performance through continuous improvement and team meetings
Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
Escalate Operations issues for timely support and resolutions.
Manage the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary

Job Requirements

Energetic and motivating individual
Experience in customer services
Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
Strong coaching and people- development skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
Creative & Critical thinking
Coaching and communication skills
Minimum of 2 years experience within a contact center environment as a Team Manager
Team management experience
Bachelor&039;s Degree or above;
Excellent leadership and communication skills
