Technical Leader (Frontend/ReactJS)

Implement effective development processes and tools to streamline development and improve performance.
Mentor and coach developers to improve technical skills and ensure job satisfaction.
Develop and maintain coding standards, best practices, and documentation.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on- time delivery of high- quality products.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop and implement new features.
Lead a team from 7 to 8 developers in building and maintaining web applications using modern frontend technologies.

Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Ability to work effectively in a team- oriented environment.
Strong knowledge of frontend technologies- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, library ReactJS, framework NextJS, Global State Management, Restful API, etc.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Experience leading a team of developers in delivering quality software products.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
Require minimum of 3 years of experience in Reactjs and minimum of 2 years of experience in NextJs.
