Technical Project Manager

Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team&039;s ability to meet both strategic business and technical goals
Support the Business Director in managing the Client&039;s expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
Leverage understanding of the business and products to define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans; and perform delivery planning for assigned projects
Define and manage a well- defined project management process and improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management
Develop detailed business requirements and user stories to create the right tools and features to support our business

From 3+ years of experience at the same position, background in Software development.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members internal & partners
Analytical, computer, math, and problem- solving skills to be able to use software and explain the software
Experience using problem- solving and analytical skills to solve business problems and drive process improvements
Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track & finish projects successfully
Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results in Fintech businesses
Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
