We are looking for a Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of complex projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to the desired quality standards. They work closely with technical teams, project stakeholders, and business analysts to ensure project success.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Coaching: Act as a coach for the team, encouraging self- organization, accountability, and effective problem- solving. Help the team reach higher levels of maturity and performance.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
Project Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and timelines.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions.
Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the game development team and stakeholders (e.g., product owners, designers, marketing, etc.) to ensure that communication is clear, transparent, and aligned with project goals.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that technical requirements are met.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex technical projects.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to mediate discussions, resolve conflicts, and engage with diverse teams.
3+ years of experience of a Technical Project Management
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification is preferred.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of technical concepts and methodologies.
Problem- Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to identify roadblocks and create solutions that enhance team productivity and delivery efficiency.
Tools: Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro, or similar platforms.
Agile & Scrum Expertise: Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, with a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or other relevant frameworks.
