JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage a large team including partner personnel and member
Work closely with customer directly on all works of project
Control and manage the issues, risks, dependencies and changes in scope associated with projects
Conduct regular assessment on project status for timely reporting to stakeholders
Oversee all aspects of several software development projects, including project planning, resource management, risk management, quality management
Guide and train team members on software development & other supporting processes
Manage daily tasks and evaluate to ensure overall quality of project delivery before handing over to customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have:
Have communication skills from project team and other stakeholders relevant
Have the ability to consult and provide technical solutions for the team
Have knowledge of Frontend/ Backend
Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, software development management, software engineering, or a related field
At least 2 years of working experience in Software Development and minimum 1 years in the PM role
Experience in coaching and managing teams using Agile methodologies
Nice to have:
Good at English or Japanese
Have knowledge of e- commerce, healthcare, elearning domain
Have experience to work Japanese client
Experience with presales
