Technical Project Manager

Translate high- level requirements into Epics, Stories, and Tasks on Jira for hardware, software, and AI teams.
Drive execution through regular sprint meetings, reviews, and progress tracking.
Ensure all technical dependencies are identified and managed across subsystems (mechanical, electronics, firmware, AI, control).
Collaborate with QA to log, manage, and close issues, ensuring quality across hardware and software builds.
Continuously improve project workflows and delivery efficiency.
Maintain clear, up- to- date documentation for project scope, priorities, and delivery milestones.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the full lifecycle of humanoid robot development projects.
Report project status, risks, and key metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS
Proven ability to work with cross- functional teams (Hardware, Software, AI, QA).
Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
Strong experience using Jira for project tracking and coordination.
3–5 years of experience in technical project management within robotics, embedded systems, or R&D.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechatronics.
Relevant education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with QA workflows and Agile or hybrid processes.
Knowledge of the V- Model development framework.
Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master.
Understanding of robotic systems, motion control, or AI- based systems.
Personality/ Attitude
Organized, proactive, and detail- oriented with a passion for robotics.
Good communication skills, creative problem- solving skills and attention to detail
