Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in both English and Vietnamese.
Provide technical support and customer care to mostly owners of nail salons establishments across the US.
Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Receive and respond to customer&039;s feedback.
Assist other departments within the company as needed.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, professionally, and politely.

Education: College degree or higher
Age: 22–35 years old;
Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking). Good English communication skills are a strong advantage. (English level IELTS 5.5- 6.5 or equivalent).
Empathy, patience, problem- solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Have responsibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle work pressure.
Tin học: Understanding networking, including setting up routers, modems, and reserved Ips.
Clear and fluent voice with no regional characteristics, demonstrating confident communication skills.
Kinh nghiệm: Experienced in customer care or call center is an advantage.
