KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Summary

Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Assist in organizing and executing special events and activities for guests
Conduct guest satisfaction surveys and report findings to management
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
Assist guests with check- in and check- out processes, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience
Welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly, warm demeanor
Follow up with guests to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem- solving abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Proven experience as a Guest Relation Officer, Concierge, or similar role in the hospitality industry
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
